Behind the scenes at Meat Liquor

Meat Liquor, the first proper restaurant by the folk behind #Meateasy and the Meatwagon, officially opens Friday 11 November – though some sneaky burger chasers may have noticed that it quietly opened its doors earlier this week. Time Out spoke to co-owners Scott Collins (the guy behind the ‘liquor’ in Meat Liquor) and burger king Yianni Papoutsis to find out what’s different about this central London location, and the sinful delights that await all those who dare to enter. As the pair say, ‘What you’ll see on the inside here is the insides of our heads, unfortunately.’ All will be revealed in our video preview above.
