A packed lunch: KERB comes to the City

Sick of the usual chain shop sandwiches and second-rate supermarket sushi generally on offer round the corner from the office? Well, if you happen to work in the City, then Thursday and Friday lunchtimes might just be perking up. The King’s Cross street food collective KERB (formerly known as Eat Street) are branching out with sites below the Gherkin on a Thursday, and at CityPoint in Moorgate on a Friday. Each week six of the traders in the collective will set up stall. Dishes on offer may include salt beef sandwiches from Bell & Brisket, rotisserie chicken from Spit and Roast, or warm doughnuts with assorted fillings and glazes from You Doughnut.
