Hands up who’s jumped on the tube from Oxford Circus to Tottenham Court Road. Or Tower Gateway to Aldgate East? We’re all guilty of taking the easy way out on occasion, but is it really quicker? Well, it’s time to find out. Cartographic clever clogs Rod McLaren created a map (albeit in 2003!) showing which stations are under 500m apart and hence definitely easier to walk between.  With warmer weather hopefully on the way, it’s nice to be reminded that a short stroll will save you both time and Oyster funds.
