Animals in packs of two, pirates, Kate Winslet and Leonardo Di Caprio: all certifiably great things that have been found on boats, but not ones you’ve necessarily want to set sail on. The MS Stubnitz in Canary Wharf is about to dock with an amazing festival of short films, electro, comedy and more, which is one voyage we can definitely get on board with.
As with every festival there is certainly a boat-load (groan) of activities to hunt down. Whether you’re interested in Electromagnetic Wave’s selection of workshops, talks, and, (don’t shoot the messenger) funny cat pictures, or perhaps a simulated obstacle course on what to do at the end of the universe by Apocalypse Gameshow, they’ve got all the niche areas covered. Or if you simply fancy dancing clumsily to electro and drinking quite a lot, that option is available too. If things get a bit hectic, you can always pretend it’s sea sickness.
The fun and games set sail today on the MS Stubnitz, so see ms.stubnitz.com for more details.
