Bread Ahead
Two star bakers got together and Bread Ahead was born. This market stall and wholesale bakers now has its very own baking school in Borough Market. Started by Matt Jones who founded bread wholesaler Flour Power City and Justin Gellatly, previously of St John Bakery, the school runs weekly classes on anything from sourdoughs to Italian breads and seasonal bakes such as hot cross buns.
