There’s plenty of potting and pickling going on in the capital these days, as home food production is back in vogue. From September 12-28, London’s home-grown foods are being celebrated with Urban Food Fortnight. There will be opportunities to meet producers, celebrate the seasons and get down and dirty on city farms. Taking place across many of London’s green spaces, kitchens and eateries, events range from gardening workshops to pop-up dinners, farm visits, harvest festivals and cookery classes.
