The menu will have a slow-cooked BBQ vibe and will launch at the Bethnal Green pub next Monday (March 23). There’s also talk of a stand-alone restaurant opening later in the year.
Available for you to put in your mouth: hickory-smoked beef brisket, apple-wood-smoked pulled pork and buttermilk fried chicken. Plus, there’ll be a veg fritter bun filled with spiced sweet potato, beetroot, coriander and chilli salsa. Err, YUM.
Most importantly the team are celebrating the launch by giving away 400 free buns at the Sebright Arms on Saturday March 21 and Sunday March 22.
